As far as insurance is concerned, University Suburban Dental is only in-network with Cigna and Delta® Dental; otherwise, we are a fee-for-service practice. However, we are happy to file claims to your insurance company to that you can maximize your benefits for your dental care in South Euclid, Ohio. We accept all payment types, including cash, checks and credit cards. We also work with CareCredit®.

- Memberships are not insurance and fees are due at the time of service
- Benefits cannot be used at other facilities and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers
- Does not work with other insurance, does not auto-renew and is non-refundable
- If dental insurance is obtained during the membership period, the contract becomes void and unused benefits are lost
- Orthodontics, products or toxins are excluded from the wellness memberships and toxin membership details are separate
